With over 15 years of experience across technical support, enterprise network deployment, systems administration, and ICT infrastructure, I am a trained SmartCare Champion with deep expertise in the end-to-end management, deployment, and user training for the Ministry of Health's National Electronic Health Records system, with further expertise in HMIS, eLMIS, and DHIS2. My career began with over a decade in data collection, logistics, and health information systems across Zambia's Provincial and District Health Offices and Sabot, before I moved into leading district-level SmartCare rollouts as an Electronic Health Records Officer, and later provincial-scale deployments as an IT Officer with the Institute for Health Measurement. I am adept at maintaining system security, engineering enterprise wireless and LAN/WAN networks, and providing high-level technical support in fast-paced environments to ensure operational continuity and data integrity. More recently, I have expanded into building practical AI tools — chatbots, automated workflows, and intelligent agents — that help businesses save time and modernize how they work.
